Having worked in multiple customer facing roles within the real estate development industry over the last decade and more, creating an experience for homeowners as they close on their home has become a passion of mine.
While running in-house homeowner care teams, I took pride in making homeowners feel celebrated and valued and to have them feel reassured in their decision to place their trust by designing completion programs that left a positive lasting impression with homeowners.

As a consultant, I work with developers to see how they can provide their homeowners with an unforgettable experience. Whether this is reviewing their current programs and policies and finding potential areas for improvement, building and training their homeowner care team or even designing and overseeing the execution of a building completion, I remain committed to my goal of providing homeowners with a memorable experience as they close on their home.
